So you are looking to buy an existing car wash. Start the process on a local level and work outward from there. It can take some time and even some investigative work to find the right car wash to buy. Very often there will not be a big “Car Wash For Sale” sign out front. SO here we go, a few different ways to snoop out those car washes for sale in your town!

Contact local dealers of car wash equipment and chemicals. You can find these in the phone book or often by visiting a local car wash and look for signage either on the equipment or contact information board. Most of these businesses are also online as well.

Visit a local car wash and speak with the attendant or owner. Even if that specific owner is not interested he may know a competitor who is looking to sell.
