Some P as Terms to Success

Some time ago I fell ill flu adequate weight and length. At that time I have to continue to Jakarta to Bogor to give seminars to Aneka Tambang. Journey is far enough and exhausting. After reaching there, I must vigorously speak for 4 hours. After that return to Jakarta, continue to fly to Semarang berseminar for Holcim. Tomorrow I have to speak the same morning in Surabaya. But that time I was heavy flu. Once finished, I went back to the hotel, sleep. Provide adequate rest.

Nah, this is one of the 4 terms of success, if you want to achieve success in the job. I say this as a success 4P Terms.

P first, already illustrasi as I describe above, is profesionalism (professionalism). Ie on time, though ill do the preparation. Origin can still be arrested, ‘the show must go on’, because it has the promise to provide customers with the best service. Professionalism sebisanya we are required to meet our customer expectations.

P is the Passion, the love we will work. If we have the passion, the work we will feel much more light and fun. And we enjoy more time to prepare and to do so, not as a burden.

And P is the third Personality (personality). We must match our job. However, we must be different with other people. We must have the authentic self that is different from the others. Perhaps it is modesty, may be optimistic attitude, it may be a confidence, perhaps a desire to help people, may think of willingness to share knowledge may be to other people. This is an example of a personality.

And P is the last Purpose or goal. Of course this varies depending on the job. Suppose I give in the seminar. I give seminars in the 3 to give it. First, motivation. Second, the perspective changes so that you can see with the glasses the more correct. The third is to give knowledge or skillset that you can use to achieve success.

So 4P is important for us, so we want to do our jobs better; profesionalism, passion, personality and purpose
