Alternative Fuel Car is a Watered Powered Car

Alternative fuel car is a concept that more and more people like the thought of especially if he alternative fuel or I should say the secondary fuel is water. Water powered cars are certainly not a new concept you just have to look back in history to see that some of the first cars were in fact steam cars.
